REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not content with your product, you must notify us within 30 days upon receipt.

No Returns and/or exchanges if item(s) were purchased from fairs and/or conventions. If a product was received damaged from freight carrier, you must notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of order. All returns
and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and tagged. Follow the instructions below:

1. Email us at returns [at] fatrabbitfarm [.] com before you ship any item(s) back.

2. Return the merchandise securely along with a copy of the invoice. Please note any returns/exchange are
not pre-paid, therefore, you are fully responsible for the cost of the shipping.

3. Once the package is receive please allow 3-4 business day to ship the merchandise. A shipping e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once items are shipped out.
