The shirt was not delivered and noted to be out of stock

I also have twice had to reach out to ask about the refund as it was not received and PayPal and has continued to charge me for the shirt. You need to improve and double check your auto emails when asking people to review something you never sent or refunded. In times where people want to support small businesses these practices are making it difficult to continue to support if your service and commitment to details is unreliable.
